Dr. Wood is heading over to Abingdon, VA

Next Wednesday (Feb. 19) through Friday (Feb. 21) Dr. Wood will be speaking at Cornerstone Christian Academy’s “Creation Seminar Series” along with Dr. Marcus Ross, Doug Smith, and Dr. Clay Brinson. We are thankful for another opportunity to share about Core Academy’s ministry and continue to reach others for Christ. We are asking for prayers for all the speakers involved since some will be traveling to make this event and this is the time of year that everyone is passing around sickness like candy. We also ask for prayer as each speaker shares about God through His creation to people who may not have a personal relationship with Christ.

This event kicks off a busy week for Dr. Wood as he heads straight for Pigeon Forge, TN to host our annual Smoky Mountain Creation Retreat (Feb 21-23). Only a couple days later, February 25th, Dr. Wood will be traveling to Wake Forest, NC to speak at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary’s “Carver Barnes Lectures.” He and Dr. Darrel Falk will once again be discussing their book “The Fool and the Heretic.”
